From 5th March to 7th March, MSMP EHSS team attended Stakeholder Engagement and Grievance Mechanism training organized by IFC. This is the 3rd training of the program and focuses on Communication and Reporting. The training includes following section:
- Approaches used to engage with internal and external stakeholder
- Corporate Communications and Reporting
- Monitoring & Evaluation
- Data Collection & Analysis
- Management Information System for project Grievance Mechanism
- Reporting back to Corporate Level
- Group Presentation, Discussion and Wrap-up sections
In the training, the EHSS team members exchanged experience with other teams and enhanced the ability for Environment, Health, Security and Social working in the future.
